Does your Dovetail product have a defect, problem, or other issue? We have a limited warranty that covers defects of workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. 

Please understand that no matter how well you care for your product, materials will begin to experience natural breakdown and will start to show wear over time; normal wear is not considered a defect. Product damage that is not covered under the limited warranty include:

• damage due to wear and tear
• damage due to misuse or neglect
• shrinkage from washing/drying
• items that are older than one year from purchase

If your item was purchased directly from www.dovetailworkwear.com, we will communicate with you to facilitate next steps. Please contact us directly via email through our Contact Us form, and include the following information:

1. style, size/color, and length/inseam of product (e.g. Britt Utility in Grey Canvas, size 6x32)
2. order number
3. one or more photos of the issue
4. one photo of the small white tag under the black care label, or if no white tag, then both sides of the black care label

Once we receive this information, our Customer Service team will be in touch with you.

If your item was purchased from an authorized retailer, you may request evaluation by Dovetail Workwear; however, resolution should be sought directly through the retailer. If you would like us to evaluate your issue, please send the information below, and we'll take a look and recommend next steps.
